Communities in Niceville

Huff Leasing is a local landlord. The list above is the live inventory. Community names are here so you can read the street, not so you have to know them before you search. Eagles Landing, 27th & Park, and Oak View Landing are three of the places. They are not the only door in.

Eagles Landing is Huff-built brick cottages, about 975 square feet, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with stainless steel appliances, wood floors, and modern cabinetry. They sit just off East John Sims Parkway on Juniper Avenue, behind McDonald's and Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q, near Niceville High School, shopping, and restaurants. The property address is Alley Lane, Niceville.

27th & Park is the other set of Huff-built brick cottages: about 975 square feet, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in a walkable neighborhood at Cottage Court, near 27th Street and Bailey Drive. The community page has a Matterport tour of a cottage.

The Hickory duplex is two side-by-side homes at 1502–1504 Hickory Street in Bluewater Bay. The address on the property record is 1504 Hickory St, Niceville. The plan on file is two bedrooms, two bathrooms, about 1,200 square feet, and a one-car garage. It is minutes from Eglin Air Force Base and from Bluewater Bay shopping, on the Niceville–Destin corridor. That is the Eglin commute we describe: minutes, not a measured drive time.

Oak View Landing is a mobile home and RV park on Reeves Street. The property address is 400 Reeves St, Niceville. There are 99 rental homes and RV lots. Floor plans on file are 3 bed / 2 bath, 2 bed / 2 bath, and 2 bed / 1 bath, plus RV lots with water, sewer, and electric. The park is convenient to Eglin Air Force Base, shopping, restaurants, and the beaches. Some older trailers do not have beds or square feet stored. Those pages do not guess.

Partin Place is senior living and memory care in Niceville. Partin Place Villas are separate: two- and three-bedroom single-story homes for adults 55 and better on Partin Drive North, offered for lease beginning May 2027. Some villas will be handicap accessible. Not every villa is. They are not in the daily lease inventory yet, so they are not in the available list above.

East John Sims Parkway is the road for the Eagles Landing cottages and for our Parkway East commercial suites. Hickory Street is the duplex. Reeves Street is Oak View. If you are coming from Eglin Air Force Base, the homes we describe as close are the Hickory duplex and Oak View Landing. The cottages are on the John Sims side of Niceville, which is the in-town errand route: high school, shopping, and restaurants.

An available home links to its own page with beds, baths, and size when we have them, plus an apply link. Asking rent is not stored on the unit, so the page tells you to ask instead of printing a number. When a home leases, we keep the URL and say it is leased.
